Le vendeur\/la vendeuse exerce ses fonctions en magasin de d\u00e9tail, en boutique ou dans une surface sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e. Les domaines d’activit\u00e9 sont vastes : \u00e9quipement domestique (\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager, luminaires, meubles, Tv hi-fi, vaisselle, verrerie, rev\u00eatements de sols et murs, etc.) ; produits utilitaires (outillage, bricolage, droguerie, etc.) ; alimentation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ; \u00e9quipement des personnes (confection, hygi\u00e8ne, chaussures, lingerie, maroquinerie, bijoux, etc.) ; produits culturels et ludiques ; articles de luxe ; services divers, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

Sa fonction centrale est \u00e9videmment de vendre, c’est-\u00e0-dire :<\/span><\/p>\n

– d’<\/span>accueillir la client\u00e8le<\/b>,<\/span><\/p>\n

– de <\/span>l’informer<\/b>,<\/span><\/p>\n

– de <\/span>d\u00e9celer<\/b> ses besoins et ses motivations d’achat,<\/span><\/p>\n
